Does the ATI Radeon 7000 work at 1440x900?

Hello,
I've got an ATI Radeon 7000 video card. I want to buy a new LCD monitor which uses the 1440x900 display mode.
Is there any way to check if the video card and the Xorg driver (xf86-video-ati) support the 1440x900 mode? Or does anybody have that card and is using it @ 1440x900 ?

If more information is needed, here's the lspci output for the video card:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon RV100 QY [Radeon 7000/VE]

Thank you,
Alberto

I think yes, it should work.

(Never had problems running my Mob. X700 on any resolution, worked on an external widescreen as well.)
