[SOLVED]How to make a shortcut to increase and decrease screen bright?

I'm using Qtile, and I want to add a keyboard shortcut in config.py to increase the screen brightness with Fn+F4 and to decrease Fn+F3.

EDIT: there's a common theme in your threads on this forum.  We are certainly here to help if / when you are stumped following any relevant documentation.  But this community expects that you'll make a good effort to find and follow the documentation first.  It doesn't appear that this is happening.  In the future, please check the wiki or other relevant documentation before posting.  In this case, if you've tried following the wiki to create new key bindings, please outline what you have attempted, and what has gone wrong.
