Applications in tray don't use Papirus icons

I've installed Papirus icon theme and changed the system's icon theme to Papirus using GNOME Tweaks, yet when testing applications' tray icon in both Waybar and Polybar they appear wrong and use a different icon theme in system tray; however they appear right in Wofi.
