I have arch linux installed on a 2012 Macbook Air along side a few other (largely unused) linux distros, all managed with rEFInd.
I have removed that ssd and installed a new one into the Macbook. I first installed OSX Mojave, and then used bootcamp to install Win10. I shrunk that partition to make space for Arch. I installed rEFInd successfully and it is giving me the option between OSX and Win10 at boot.
I now want to migrate over my original Arch linux installation. I have used clonezilla to clone the arch partition over to the empty space. I then mounted the efi partition and arch-chroot'ed into the cloned partition. I re-installed the kernel and regenerated the initramfs with mkinicpio -P. I also edited the fstab file to reflect the new UUID of the new efi partition.
I now get an entry for arch linux in rEFInd, but it will not boot.
I tried installing grub, and get a new grub entry in rEFInd, but it will not boot either.
I'm guessing I have forgotten something along the way, any help would be greatly appreciated.
