Merging two partitions

Given the layout below, is it possible for me to merge the unallocated space with /dev/nvme0n1p7 safely so that /dev/nvme0n1p7 is effectively larger?

If so, how?

Run this from a gparted live disk instead of directly doing it on your actual system (the root partition has to be unmounted for this to work) and just move it over and expand it relevantly (make sure you have backups of stuff you can't afford to lose, while the operation is technically simple and gparted makes it look simple, anything going wrong during the process could wipe your data)
