gnopernicus seg faults

I've just tried to install  gnopernicus and, when I tried to run it, I got the following response:

(process:4104): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: gtype.c:2242: initialization assertion failed, use IA__g_type_init() prior to this function

(process:4104): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_new: assertion `G_TYPE_IS_OBJECT (object_type)' failed

(process:4104): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_ref: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

What am I missing?

It looks like accessibility (a11y) is not enabled in your environment. Without a11y enabled, gnopernicus can't function.
