Android Studio - No Longer Working with 30 Bit Color

So Android Studio was updated (via yay) today:

It is no longer running if X windows is configured for 30 bit color. It was functioning OK prior to this update. Here's the error:

Hmm, I'll be switching back to 24 bit color if I need to use it, but surprised to see this.
