[SOLVED]Error preparing initrd: not found

hello
I was updating my system as one does with
sudo pacman -Syu
and I had another program open and I just wanted to check on my terminal updating the system and I tried scrolling up (with the two fingers gesture for mousepads) and my terminal just became invisible. I tried a couple of things but nothing worked so I closed it's window and shuted down my laptop not remembering that the kernel was being updated too and as I was boot back it would just post a red message and reboot. so far I've downloaded the arch iso with my phone and burnt it into my usb flash and then used that to install arch on to it and have tried chrooting into my broken system using the archwiki and a couple of other sources (the wiki really was the better option) .so far nothing went wrong (accept for me having to retry installing arch. on my usb a couple of times because I did something wrong in the installation) and the chroot worked fine but I have a problem and that is getting the internet to work on my chroot. I tried iwctl but it took way to long and I was wondering if it was natural since my flash is usb 2.0 or if I was doing something wrong like having to use iwctl outside of chroot as well or something like that. my files are fine and it's just the internet I'm trying to figure out so I can run the
sudo pacman -Syu
command again to fix everything.
thanks in advance.

Re: [SOLVED]Error preparing initrd: not found

I fixed the wifi. I just had to copy /etc/resolv.conf in my mount point and internet was running. I updated the system and even reinstalled both linux and linux-lts but I have a bigger problem than I thought. the red text is still there and I still can't boot. it says:
Error preparing initrd: not found
I have no idea what it means or how I should fix it so any help is appreciated.

Re: [SOLVED]Error preparing initrd: not found

I solved it!!
I just had to mount all of my partitions including boot and then update/re-download initramfs , amd-ucode and ( I'm jot sure if I had to) linux-firmware with pacman and then run run
mkinitcpio -P to regenerate the initramfs files to /boot and it worked. I saw this in an older thread that wasn't marked [SOLVED]. it apparently didn't work for him but it did for me. all of my files and system are fine and I'm really happy.
