Plasma Discover is being odd with its apps
After setting up Discover (using Flatpak as the source), I can install the apps just fine, but can't find them when searching through the plasma menu, or pin them to task manager, as if they don't exist. What's going on?

Probably, the "*.desktop" files are missing. Maybe this helps you searching this issue.
