Win10 behaves laggy on a qemu virt-manager setup.

I installed win10 pro in virt-manager long time ago (a year or so) and it behaved relatively smooth (installed virtio drivers and spice-webdav, also switched to virtio in the video settings of a vm). But a month or so ago it started to behave as if it runs at 1Hz refresh rate, even though win10 says 64Hz
I've allocated 6 vcpus to it and 6GB of RAM, also "copy host cpu configuration" is enabled in the settings.
