Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, I’m using an HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000i, and I have no clue what might be causing this. Without these parameters, I can't even install Linux. Interestingly, my previous Linux Mint installation ran smoothly for two years without these issues, even or but with the noapic parameter.
I am experiencing some issues with my Arch Linux installation related to kernel parameters. When I boot with the noapic parameter, my system only recognizes 1 CPU core but the rest runs smoothly. However, if I use the pci=noacpi parameter, I can access all 16 cores, but my graphics card fails to function properly, resulting in a resolution of only 600x400.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues? Any suggestions on how to resolve this while maintaining full core utilization and proper graphics functionality? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

And what happens when you omit both?
noapic will kill SMP, hence you get only one core.
noacpi might cause pci scanning failures, it's not overly surprising that you don't have proper GPU detection/support
