[Solved] KDE 6.2.1 Extremely Slow Logging In

This is a fresh install, not an upgrade. KDE was installed from ' plasma-desktop' package.
Upon entering your passwd, the log in process takes approx 55 seconds to show desktop, as opposed to some 10 seconds it used to take for previous kde 6.1

- In htop, 'kplasmashell' appears at the top until logging in is complete.
- There are a lot of xorg processes -  even though this is wayland.

Is there some type of instrumentation built into kde to measure logging in time?

Update your system, this was fixed yesterday.
