I just had to reinstall arch on my laptop and decided to give archinstall a try. I selected EFISTUB as the bootloader. I have an efibootmgr script I can update, but I was wondering if there was some way to update the entry that archinstall provides. I might want to add kernel parameters at some point, and I was hoping I might be able to at least copy and paste something that already knows how the system is set up.

You can read the exact entry that gets generated with efibootmgr. I don't quite grok what you're asking

I guess I wanted the efibootmgr command that archinstall ran. Is there an efibootmgr command I can run to spit out all the info about the entry that archinstall made? I want to be able to be able to customize the label and add some kernel parameters post installation. I was wondering if there was anything that the archinstall tool might have provided to make that easier. I played around a bit with the archinstall and wanted to use its command as a jumping point to further customize the boot process.

efibootmgr -uv
is going to list the available entries
If you want the literal invocation of archinstall, check it's source: https://github.com/archlinux/archinstal … 1324-L1372
