[CLOSED]How to make side scrolling do horizontal scrolling on touchpad

So, I would like to make that Budgie Appmenu program (from budgie-extras package) recognizes the side scroll on touchpad as a horizontal scrolling gesture.

Does the gesture work as expected in other clients?
What's your DE/display server.
What event does the side-scrolll generate in "sudo libinput debug-events"?
