I have experienced this problem in two app, sublime text and copyq. if i open sublime text on workspace 3 and close it and then again open it in workspace 1 or anywhere, it will still spawn in workspace 3. Same goes to copyq but there is a different, if i kill it, then the problem don't exist. But if i pressed ESC to close it, then it will spawn in the workspace that i previously opened.
