I just installed Arch, using Arch guided installer, from official site. But, I have some FPS issues in desktop mode. In Display Configuration > System Settings > Display & Monitor I have 75Hz refresh rate. I am having simple delay, like, there's not 75Hz, only 60Hz. I installed glxgears to check my FPS all time and I saw, that my FPS down to 57 FPS, but not all the time. Sometimes it 75 FPS, sometimes 57. I don't understand why it's happenning.
Here's neofetch:
lemur@archlinux
OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Host: H310M S2H 2.0
Kernel: 6.11.5-arch1-1
Uptime: 1 hour, 25 mins
Packages: 714 (pacman)
Shell: bash 5.2.37
Resolution: 1440x900
DE: Plasma 6.2.2
WM: kwin
Theme: Breeze-Dark [GTK2], Breeze [GTK3]
Icons: breeze-dark [GTK2/3]
Terminal: konsole
CPU: Intel i3-9100F (4) @ 4.200GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Memory: 3558MiB / 15938MiB
What I tried?
I'm tried to reinstall Arch 1 time and change in profile nvidia drivers. When I first installed, I choose default open-source, in second time I choose nvidia proprietary drivers, but behavior is the same.
What I need?
I need stable FPS in Desktop mode. When I just use applications like browser.

Try changing display scaling to 100% and see what happens
