[SOLVED] Disable adaptive brightness adjustment in Wayland / KDE

Hello everyone,

Is there any way to disable adaptive brightness control under Wayland + KDE? When switching to a white background app, it just pulls the brigthness
on my monitor to 100% from 10%. I cannot find any setting related to this in KDE settings. In "Energy" settings there is no setting at all, it's just a "no energy
information on this system" message,

I ended up disabling powerdevil service, that seemed to help somewhat, but I still think it randomly brightens a bit, despite the brightness control being at the 10% level. On X11 I used it with monitor brightness level
of 25% but now under Wayland with brightness control at 10% it still looks much brighter.

Thank you.

Try exporting this for your session:

POWERDEVIL_NO_DDCUTIL=1

Yes, thank you, that worked, completely turned off the option to adjust monitor brightness.
Wish there was a setting for that in KDE.
