Firefox Bookmark Bar big

Hello guys, I am very new to Linux.
Since a few weeks I am using Arch Linux with the Cinnamon Desktop.
I also encountered some problems which I was able to solve my self with the Help of the awesome Arch Wiki and Forum.

But there was and is a Problem (or rather an inconvenience) which I am unable to solve.
The Bookmark Bar in Mozilla Firefox is too big or too high.
I have uploaded two screenshots one from Windows and the other one from my Linux machine.
I have uploaded the screenshots to Dropbox because I didn't find an option to save it here which I think is really annoying.
And I don't know how I can get it half hight like in Windows by default.

The funny thing is a few days ago I had a Problem when I had updated my System my nvidia driver crashed
and it took me in like failsafe mode or something and my desktop had a resolution of like 1024x768 or something.
But there my Firefox Bookmark bar looked normal.

Then I had fixed the problem everything is fine at 1920x1080 but the bookmark bar is again too big.
