No bibtexu provided by the TexLive package

For some reason there is no bibtexu executable in the texlive-bin package, although the manual implies that there should be one: https://man.archlinux.org/man/extra/tex … btexu.1.en .

Is this a bug? How can I get bibtexu?

$ pacman -Ss bibtexu
extra/texlive-binextra 2024.2-3 (texlive)
    TeX Live - TeX auxiliary programs
$ 

texlive-binextra does come with a /usr/share/texmf-dist/scripts/arara/rules/arara-rule-bibtexu.yaml  is that package installed ?

bibtexu appears to be disabled in the Arch Linux build: https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/ … =heads#L84

Edit: Since this commit 14 years ago: https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/ … fd6c_61_63

Perhaps open a feature request if you feel this is in error.
