can't connect to specific wifi

Right after installation I couldn't connect to this specific wifi but after sometime for no sustainable reason suddenly it was working...until yesterday
I can ping and networkmanager shows that I'm connected but I can't browse anything in firefox(this message shows up :Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.)
ip link:

1: lo: <LOOPBACK,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 65536 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1000
    link/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00
2: wwan0: <POINTOPOINT,NOARP> mtu 1500 qdisc noop state DOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1000
    link/none
3: wlp109s0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP mode DORMANT group default qlen 1000
    link/ether 50:e0:85:f9:52:9f brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

iw dev wlp109s0 link:

Connected to d8:49:0b:51:44:ac (on wlp109s0)
	SSID: Asre-fanavri
	freq: 2457.0

	TX: 52931 bytes (535 packets)
	signal: -41 dBm
	rx bitrate: 1.0 MBit/s
	tx bitrate: 54.0 MBit/s
	bss flags: short-slot-time
	dtim period: 1
	beacon int: 100

I also tried adding nameservers to /etc/resolv.conf
