COSMIC Alpha 4: dconf breakage

Hello there!

While trying out COSMIC Alpha 4 from the testing repos, after upgrading and rebooting, I noticed that COSMIC sets a new DCONF_PROFILE environment variable, with value cosmic by default. However, I had no cosmic profile inside /etc/dconf/profile (and, even worse, that profile directory did not exist at all) resulting in some applications breaking. For example, Firefox no longer had my COSMIC color scheme and defaulted to Adwaita, while Steam wouldn't even launch.

I fixed this by creating a `cosmic` file in /etc/dconf/profile (after creating the directory) and writing the following:

user-db:user

After logging out and logging back in, all my problems were fixed. I'm not sure this is the correct solution, though I hope this can help nonetheless.

Nice catch! Fix steam not loading

** (process:164994): ERROR **: 17:51:53.129: Error loading dconf profile 'cosmic': open '/etc/dconf/profile/cosmic': No such file or directory
