i cant control display brightness

so i have
rx 7600 xt
and gtx 1650

2 displays is connected to the 2 hdmi ports on the rx 7600 xt

i cant control display brightness from linux
/sys/class/backlight is empty
i tried
acpi_backlight=video added acpi_video0 in /sys/class/backlight and i cant still control display brightness
acpi_backlight=vendor /sys/class/backlight is still empty
acpi_backlight=native /sys/class/backlight is still empty

i installed dcci-driver-linux-dkms and made ddcci start at startup

brightnessctl
Device 'acpi_video0' of class 'backlight':
    Current brightness: 49 (100%)
    Max brightness: 49

this acpi_video0 doesnt seem to be any of this 2 displays

ddcutil capabilities | grep "Feature: 10"
