Color Management showing no devices on KDE Plasma on Laptop

I'm trying to adjust the color setting on my built-in Laptop screen.

colord and colord-kde have already been installed.
However, when I go into the Color Management Settings of KDE (KDE 6), no devices show up and the entire interface is just empty.

this is the output of

systemctl status colord
[nekonyx@ARCH-NEKONYX ~]$ systemctl status colord
● colord.service - Manage, Install and Generate Color Profiles
