Change debounce time of my mouse

I play minecraft and my mouse can do more than 100 cps but after switching to arch linux there is a limit of 12 cps. And also linux identifies my mouse as COMPANY USB Device but the real name is Bloody A70
I think I've tried everything like: changing quirks config, xorg config, libinput config, and more
i have no clue how to disable this limit of 12 cps
i use Plasma 6.2.4
with kwin WM

Can you share your local overrides?
