audio not working on mac 14.1

I am stupid and can't figure out how to set it up so it outputs sound. any help will be appreciated. I am running a 14.1 mac with pulse audio on a newer install of arch.

pactl list sinks && sudo dmesg|grep -i "sound\|snd\|audio"
