full system crash after launching 3d title from steam

Issue: System crashes when running demanding 3D games via Steam on Linux.
Details:
- Games Tested: Helldivers 2, Hogwarts Legacy, Remnant 2.
- Symptoms:
- Helldivers 2 / Hogwarts Legacy: Black screen or game closes, followed by system instability:
- All PCI devices disconnect (no I/O, no network).
- Unable to open files; only applications already loaded in memory remain functional.
- Occasionally, system completely freezes.
- Remnant 2: Game launches but is extremely laggy. After 2-3 minutes, the same symptoms occur.
Environment:
- Same hardware tested on multiple operating systems (e.g., Windows, Gentoo, Manjaro, Ubuntu) without issues.
Request for Assistance:
Looking for potential causes and solutions to address these crashes on Linux.

Have you tried any non-steam games? any non-proton/wine games?
