Headset's mic makes no sound, though it is visible in pavucontrol

Laptop: Nitro ANV15-51
Headset: Fifine H3
3.5 mm jack
combined 3.5 wire, that connects both mic and headphones to a device

the headphones themselves work fine, i listen to music, watch videos etc., yet mic/capture device makes no sound at all (digital microphone integrated in laptop also works fine)

I tried to change alsa's confing to "dellheadset or something" and other keywords, didnt work

i tried to check alsamixer, it doesnt let me to change soundcard, even with sudo, so chip and card remain as "PulseAudio" (i had pipewire before, tried many solutions to my problem, nothing worked, then i switched it to pulseaudio, mic still produces no sound, i guess its all about alsa, not pipewire and pulseaudio)

I have 3.5 wire "divider", that lets me to use two different wires from base wire, each "subwire" is responsible for either mic or sound (divider comes with headset, it is official). I tried to test it out on my arch, even with Mic wire mic didnt make sound
