I previously made a post on Reddit with a video demonstrating my problem (here it is), however no one has provided any working advice on how to troubleshoot or solve this. Can anyone please help me? I'm ready to provide any information needed because It's very frustrating to use the laptop since then

Which radeon exactly and how up to date are you, there's been a mesa and a couple kernel regressions which should mostly be fixed in the most current packages.
If something using the amdgpu driver you might be running into a variant of https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=301280 in which case try booting with the "amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10" kernel parameter
Should this not help post the link you get from
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

Thank you very much. I didn't even know that a kernel update could be the reason. After setting the amdgpu.dcdebugmask parameter to 0x10, artifacts disappeared.
Answering your questions:
It's the Asus Zenbook 15 UM3504DA with AMD Ryzen 5 7535U and AMD Radeon 680M. As for system updates, ideally I try to update my system every 3 days, at most once a week

Yeah that matches the linked thread. Keep an eye on that one. The faulty commit has technically been detected, you could also test the kernel provided by loqs in the second page of that thread and then we'll see what the devs decide on as the correct fix.
FWIW as mentioned this comes at a power saving cost, so if you notice an uptick in that and not being able to use the laptop on battery for as long, another option could be to stick to 6.11.
As for thinking the kernel isn't the cause, that's for some reason a common misconception, it generally is the far most actively developed and most updated and most vital piece of software on your system. Sometimes there are going to be bugs in there, especially since the current major version 6.12 is quite recent and fresh.
