failed retrieving file 'core.db' from mirror: connection timed out

hello, whenever I try to update the system or download a package,  I get this output after 10 seconds of delay

error: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from mirror.timtal.com.tr : Connection timed out after 10002 milliseconds
error: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from mirror.timtal.com.tr : Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
error: failed retrieving file 'multilib.db' from mirror.timtal.com.tr : Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
warning: too many errors from mirror.timtal.com.tr, skipping for the remainder of this transaction
error: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from mirror.timtal.com.tr : Connection timed out after 10002 milliseconds
error: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from mirror.timtal.com.tr : Connection timed out after 10002 milliseconds .

How can I fix this?

Pick a different mirror in your mirrorlist file
