KDE plasma made everything huge

I installed KDE plasma in order to try and combine it with BSPWM. I'm not gonna use it again and I uninstalled it. I'm back on my BSPWM session. However it made a lot of things bigger even on the ohter sessions. My polybar is bigger, the scaling inside alacritty is bigger. What's all this? It doesent seem to be an X server problem, my DPI is ok (96x96).

Could be that a font got added when you installed Plasma that gets picked up first before your original font. In case of Polybar, for example, the doc says: If you don't explicitly set the font-index for a tag, the bar will iterate the font list and pick the first one that is able to draw the character..
