Arctis Nova Pro Wireless [No Microphone]

hello as u see my microphone won't work, on Bluetooth it works perfectly, but with the Wi-Fi, i don't have the microphone option
i tried everything i think

my i get some help
I'm a newbie
so just tell me what to do

i can't put my headphone on duplex for mic and sound
only output sound

FWIW sennheisers have somewhat of a reputation for basically gating some functionality behind their Windows software that used to be able to be switched via standard USB protocol means, so you might run into a fallout from that.
