Theming in KDE Apps broken in WM

Hi everyone, I'm sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but for months since switching to a window manager (hyprland) the theming in my KDE Apps (mainly dolphin) was working but it recently (~ a month ago) stopped working.

I initially had it working with the suggestion on the wiki of copying the colours from BreezeDark.colors into kdeglobals, but that just stopped working.
I've tried qt6ct, qt6ct-kde, and kvantum with KvKonqiDark, none seem to affect anything. My $QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME is set to qt6ct as recommended (I did change that when trying kvantum - including QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE).

Is there anything else I might be missing?

Thanks for any suggestions!

Edit: On further experimentation, setting the colorscheme in qt6ct-kde to the actual BreezeDark colours in place of their internal darker.conf colours works (for now) any idea what might be happening here? (the reason I hadn't tried this is because this isn't possible in the normal qt6ct, only in the patched aur qt6ct-kde)
