Device management as user

Good night,

another question arousing in the depths of the night. After having changed from root account to user account I am not anymore allowed to mount devices, which are autodetected by udev/hal (using KDEmod 3.5.6). Which permissions do I have to set for reallowing my user account to accomplish these tasks?
