Can't boot into home `Timed out waiting for device /dev/disk/by-uuid/`

Hello
I am on arch and using Hyprland as a WM.
to start with, i didnt modify anything as far as i understand, i was in a virtual machine which i exited out of and closed the lid of my laptop then after 5 minutes I opened it back up to see that almost all operations are not working almost frozen but i was able to switch between workspaces and other stuff but couldnt open the terminal so i press (SuperKey + M) to get out of hyprland it got me out then i typed `Hyprland` to get back in but to my surprise everything was reset like it was a fresh install and there was an error popup at the top of the screen, then i tried to do the basic hotkeys to open terminal or to get out of hyprland but none worked so i force shutdown my laptop with a physical button and booted it back up, where i inputed my encryption password and i got some error messages :

and i cant login using target.default
and as for my lsblk:
IMG-20250103-152931-494-1.jpg
and this is my fstab:

i suspect maybe it is to do with the uuid not showing up in the lsblk of /home

Re: Can't boot into home `Timed out waiting for device /dev/disk/by-uuid/`

Don't post images of text output, pipe that output to a pastebin service as described here. If you don't have a network connection from your boot, boot from the Arch install media (USB/disk) and follow the installation guide steps to connect to the Internet - obviously do not take any steps to repartition and reformat.
It looks like lvm is messed up somehow. What is the output of the lvm listing commands (pvs, vgs, lvs)?
