Microphone Detects Port But does not give input

Hey Guys,
Require your help.
DE- KDE, My main theory is that the mic is probably not getting detected(?). it does pick up when i connect it to front audio jack or rear jack, but all I get is distubance. Have checked Alsamixer checked my soundcard, boosted gains.
Tried arecord -lL,

null
