Hello!
I have been suffering from this problem for about six months:
every day at the end of the day I put the computer to sleep mode. The next day (although this is reproduced in 100% of cases immediately) I turn on the computer and I have two black screens with a cursor (I have two monitors). Sometimes after a couple of minutes, sometimes even ten minutes pass when, finally, I see the interface. Moreover, it does not work completely right away, that is, open programs work, but there is no response to the win key, the time on the clock has frozen, the plasma(KDE Plasma) elements do not respond, etc. The only thing that helps is to launch the terminal via hotkeys, launch htop and kill the plasmashell process, which loads the cpu to 100% of one of the cores. After automatic restart of plasmashell, everything becomes normal.
I have an nvidia graphics card. I tried different kernels, such as zen, lts and just linux - the effect is the same.
I tried to install a different desktop manager - all the same, after exiting sleep, there are also black screens and only a "live" cursor. I think it's related to nvidia drivers.
It started about half a year ago, it didn't happen before. I haven't updated the system for 2 months before this, and after the update this appeared.
Tell me where I can see the error, in which logs, maybe write where to bug report.
