I feel like this is a strange problem, and I couldn't find anything about this in the wiki or the forums. I might just not know what to search for.
When I have my Thunderbolt eGPU connected (Radeon X6600), several Gnome applications (settings, console, etc) show as garbage graphics when I'm running a Wayland Gnome session. If I log out and switch to an X11 session, everything works fine. In Wayland, I can still use Firefox, play games via Steam, access the terminal via Kitty, etc. But if I try to go to the Gnome Settings menu or open Gnome Tweaks, I just get a distorted mess. Please let me know if there are any specific logs I should be looking at for this, as it seems like the applications think they're working normally. As soon as I disconnect my eGPU, everything works fine in X11 or Wayland.
