[Nvidia] System doesn't seem to wake from suspend

It's my first post here so ask me for anything I missed

My setup:
- Nvidia M5000 GPU
- AMD Ryzen 7 5700X CPU
- 32 Gbs of ram
- Sata SSD

Arch is the only installed system, but there is a BIOS windows disk on the other SSD. The system is configured to use UEFI and Secure boot
When I try to wake from sleep I can click the caps lock button and the key lights up, but no mouse movement or keyboard shortcut does anything

I'm using the latest "nvidia" driver from pacman

I made a file in /etc/modprobe.d/ and put in

options nvidia NVreg_PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations=1
options nvidia NVreg_TemporaryFilePath=/var/tmp

I followed the guide at https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Power_ … ibernation to set up hibernation and that works

I hope I wrote enough to debug this, if not just ask me and I'll provide more info
