[SOLVED]kworker/ksoftirq consumes 1 CPU core on Lenovo Carbon X1 Gen 6

Not sure what triggered it, but my laptop stopped going into sleep and is constantly seeing 1 CPU core used by kworker. From flamegrah it looks like it's constantly doing usb_runtime_susped and I'm not sure how to fix this.

Appeared to be hardware issue - one of the pins on my usb port got bent causing short-circuit. Straightened it and all the issues went away.
