[SOLVED]Keys that have a function with Fn only input that function

I'm using Arch with Gnome, I have a la-latin1 keyboard layout:

It have keys what have functions pressing it with Fn, like Fn + M = 0 , suddenly these keys now only input the function without pressing Fn, neither the base key, for example, when I press only 'O' the input is '6', press '0' and is '*' and so with all keys, except F1-10 keys, they works normally, don't uses the function without pressing Fn. The problems occurs only in Gnome, in both gdm and tty the keys works normally with Fn, in Gnome the layout is configured as la-latin1 and tried all keyboard options but don't solve it. Between Xorg and Wayland the issue persists.

Now I tried Fn + Ins and it was solved
