Hello i'm running gnome on an older i7 and it was working fine up until a week or so ago, now youtube stutters every 20 seconds or so.. gpu is a 1070 Ti, tried a few nvidia drivers.. it doesn't stutter on xfce.. VLC and Plex don't stutter just youtube.. I tried disabling all gnome extensions but it still stutters.. any idea what else I could try?
turns out it was an extension lol now just to track down which one..
edit: ended up being astra system resource monitor..

If you have NoScript you must add permission for youtube.com, googlevideo.com and jnn-pa.googleapis.com
