Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 Delayed Start and No Touchpad

Basically when I press the power button, the laptop turns on but nothing is shown on the screen (backlight turns on, OEM logo doesn't appear. Sometimes it gets past the OEM logo but gets stuck on the screen where everything is black but there's a "-" in the top left corner but won't get past that point), I have to forcefully turn it off and turn it back on. After repeating this for 3 times, the laptop will boot normally.

Touchpad doesn't work on boot up whenever it does this stuck on boot issue. Sometimes, after I suspend my laptop, the touchpad will come back to life but I lose multi touch capabilities. I'm running Hyprland with nouveua (I use this in case I have to file a bug with the linux kernel and the nvidia drivers kept tainting the kernel, from what I read in the rules I have to ensure that nothing is tainting the kernel when filing a bug).

Switching to the vanilla linux kernel doesn't fix the issue. Not sure what else you need.
