[SOLVED] wifi doesn't work in tablet mode

SOLVED: I disabled something called battery optimizer in bios and the wifi still gets disabled after switching to tablet but I can enable it back on now

the wifi chip is Intel Corporation Meteor Lake PCH CNVi WiFi (rev 20)

I just got a new laptop "HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-fc0xxx" which has a tablet mode feature on rotating screen 180 degrees it disables the keyboard and touchpad.
I was surprised that it works on linux too but the wifi gets disabled and I can't enable it again.
Keyboard is disabled in tablet mode so I can't do much more than trying to enable wifi back on using nm applet but clicking enable doesn't do anything

I am getting this error message on every boot

iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Not valid error log pointer 0x0024B5C0 for RT uCode

dmesg - http://0x0.st/8qcQ.txt/kernel
lspci output - http://0x0.st/8qc_.txt/hardware
journalctl - http://0x0.st/8qcp.txt/journal
journalctl after switching to tablet mode - http://0x0.st/8qAM.txt/newjournal

I have tried disabling the 802-11-wireless.powersave option in nm-settings and stopping power-profiles-daemon but it doesn't work
