Pacman doesn't find some Packages (steam)

Hi,

I recently switch to arch from windows and I'm quite happy as of now with the switch. However, I would hope to be able to run games but pacman seems to be unable to find some packages like steam and lib32-nvidia-utils. I tried to change mirrors but I still get a erroor: target not found", is there something I'm doing wrong? I tried pacman -S, pacman -Syu...

Thanks in advance for your help!
