Extending root partition on far right

I am trying to extend my root partition, with the free space only on the left of the root partition. I cant tell what do exactly do, as some say that I need to delete whole filesystem?

What filesystem, what kind of general setup? For cases like these make sure you have a backup of things you can't afford to lose, boot up a gparted live disk, and use gparted to visually move things around. Gparted makes this process trivial for you, but a lot of big operations need to happen for this to work so you better have a backup, even if it's likely you won't need it.
