Hi all,
I'm brand new to Arch, so I apologize for any lack of knowledge or missing obvious steps.
I'm dual-booting with Windows 11 for now until I can get everything stable. I'm using GRUB. I have an AMD Ryzen 5900X and an NVIDIA RTX 3090. I followed the install guide as closely as I could, but I'm guessing/hoping I missed a step.
To start, I first installed two days ago with limited time. When I got it all booted up, I ran into this problem where after I log in via SDDM, everything will work fine for about 30 seconds up to a few minutes, at which point the screen goes black and I'm returned to the log in screen. Upon logging in again, my monitors will display that they are going to sleep, turn black, and the whole system is unresponsive after this. The only option at this point is a hard reboot.
After this happened, I completely reinstalled Arch yesterday, assuming I missed a step. I was much more thorough, but upon first boot, the problem persisted.
Through searching online, I found someone who had a similar problem (sorry, I don't have the link for the thread anymore) where it seemed to have been a permissions problem. From the advice in that thread, I ran chown on the /home/user folder from chroot using my installation medium. This seemed to work, as I was able to log in and use the system for hours until I manually shut my PC down last night, leading me to believe this fix did nothing and something else "went right" for a moment - especially since trying the same "fix" has done nothing. Of note, on one of the crashes, a "Kwin has crashed" dialogue came up, but provided no useful information to me. I reported the crash regardless.
Another thing of note is that I cannot get tty to display in SDM no matter what key combo I use, making troubleshooting even slightly more difficult.
I use KDE Plasma and Wayland. I have ran pacman -Syu, albeit through chroot with my installation medium. Below are a couple of journalctl -b outputs:

Thanks in advance for any help.
