No Sound on fresh install (AMD Renoir Audio)

Hi, I am having an issue where after installing using archinstall (no matter if I do pipewire or pulseaudio) It seems that I just dont have any kind of audio
I have checked all my audio devices and only after enabling a (Pro Audio) option in pavucontrol I get access to 3 outputs
Renoir Radeon High Definition Audio Controller Pro
Renoir Radeon High Definition Audio Controller Pro 7
Renoir Radeon High Definition Audio Controller Pro 8
And sadly none of these devices produce any kind of sound, i tried speaker-test and everything.
Then i checked my devices serial number on lenovos website to see if there are any other drivers that exist for my audio so that i can check if its only this AMD Renoir or not.
After checking my serial number i notice that they have Relatek Audio drivers from 2024 (My laptop is the X13 (Type 20UF, 20UG) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 20UF)
Now this leaves me puzzled, i have tried every solution only but to no avail many commands, configs etc just to have no audio no matter what distro, and why isnt my so called "Relatek Audio" not even being detected??

Any help is appreciated.

Please post the output of

$ aplay -Ll   #comes-with_alsa-utils_pacakge

Also run as root/with root rights

# journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

It will upload your system journal to a public hosting site and output a link. Post that link .

Looks like the used laptop i bought has indeed non working speakers..

(I tested in windows 10 with relatek drivers, nothing pops up, the repair shop are telling me that they will repair or refund me)

Hardware issues are always an option.

Please prepend [Solved] or [Hardware Failure] to the thread title (edit first post)
