["Solved"] [KDE] "Get new..." plugin list is not extending

Hey people,

got a problem on my new notebook which I don't have on my Desktop PC or my old notebook.

When trying to get new plugins via the "Get new..." button, whether it be wallpapers, themes, plasmoids, etc., I get a regular list of the first "page" of options, but the list won't extend by scrolling down, how it should happen. The list does update however when changing the sort style to something like "newest" instead of "most downloaded". This will, however, also not extend the list when scrolling down.

Thanks!

Re: ["Solved"] [KDE] "Get new..." plugin list is not extending

Okay. This is interesting. I've seen a thread about this exact issue. A user stated that it starts extending the list as soon as he connects to another network.... and this actually worked on my machine too.

I've been on my own network at home and it wouldn't load. As soon as I connected to my own WireGuard (same router), it would start loading up all the other results. Terminating the WireGuard connection doesn't change the result afterwards. It still keeps loading new assets.

It seems that there is an issue with loading up the list when not initially loading another network configuration.

This doesn't make sense to me... at all. But at least I've got a workaround now.

Gonna mark this as "solved", even though it isn't. At least in a direct sense.
