That version is in extra-testing - looks like the kernel module was moved out of testing but the utils were not.
"--ignore nvidia-lts" and then wait (I assume this will fix one way or the other nearby - if not you'd have to file a bug against the package)
Do not just enable some testing repos (certainly w/o reading the wiki on testing repos)!

nvidia-utils 570.124.04-1 moved from testing 2025-02-28 22:06 UTC so the issue should hopefully be resolved as soon as your mirror picks that up.

I had to comment the Community lines in /etc/pacman.conf and it's working now, thanks.
