Bluetooth stop working after Arch Linux 6.13.2

Before the Arch Linux 6.13.2 the output of systemctl status for bluetooth.service is

And after 6.13.2 bluetooth would stop working all together. This also happen in the LTS version with 6.12.12 seems to be working well while 6.12.17 wouldn't work. ( I haven't tested it much on the LTS version so the problem might occurred in between 6.12.12 to 6.12.17)

I had already tried  method such as

sudo rmmod btusb
sudo modprobe btusb

and that doesn't seem to do anything

This issues seems to happen before with Arch Linux 6.8.2  and seems to be an issue within the kernel itself but I hope someone would have the solution for this because I can't be bothered to reboot and switch to LTS 6.12.12 just to connect to my controller.

I hope someone would have the solution for this because I can't be bothered to reboot and switch to LTS 6.12.12 just to connect to my controller.

So are you willing to debug the issue or not?

Still no fix on 6.15.4
